Goal: exercise 2-3 times a week
Monday: Yoga 30 min; walk for 30 min
Tuesday: Rest
Wed: Yoga 30 min; walk for 30 min
Thursday: Rest
Friday: yoga 30 min; walk for 30 min
Sat: Rest
Sun: Rest

Eat better:
Goal: Balance protiens and carbs
Breakfast (smoothie, oatmeal, eggs)
Lunch (salad w/ meat, sandwich wrap, soup)
Dinner (grilled meats, nut encrusted meats, stir fry, crock pots, pot pies, meat loaf, wraps)
